Back in September 2022, our editorial team unveiled the essence of Saray, a real estate venture in Casablanca reigning atop the trending topics in the chicest of lounges  of the economic capital. This neo-urban project has come a long way and is set to be fully completed by 2025.

Meanwhile, Alargan International, the visionary force behind Saray and a leader in sustainable and innovative real estate, has already initiated the sale of apartments. As a reminder, the residential offerings include studios ranging from 30 to 55 square meters, as well as apartment-villas (also known as “urban living apartments”) ranging from 70 to 180 square meters. The studios are set to be completed this year, while the apartments will be fully finished by 2025.

In terms of pricing, furnished studios start at 1.4 million Moroccan Dirhams (MDH), while one to four-bedroom apartments start at 2.6 MDH. To assist prospective buyers in envisioning their future living spaces, this real estate complex in Casablanca features a showroom, open to all.

Another significant allure of this real estate complex in Casablanca lies in its original concept. “Saray was conceived as a balanced living space that reconciles urban living with nature. It’s a unique project with multiple components, bringing together five-story buildings with high-end apartments, offices, a contemporary hotel (the first Mama Shelter in Africa), shops, and leisure spaces,” explains Bernard Khoury. In other words, Saray is a holistic island, blending green spaces (10,000 square meters of nature) with commercial, leisure, and entertainment areas.

Our editorial team has learned that there will be a marketplace on the ground floor featuring prestigious brands (although their names have not yet been revealed). There will also be indoor and outdoor spaces dedicated to sports and fitness, including three pools, one of which is a rooftop pool spanning 6,000 square meters. Additionally, there will be several dining and/or hospitality establishments, including the illustrious Mama Shelter, slated to open its doors in 2025. The “Mama” is both a hotel and a culinary hotspot, as well as a hub for festivities.

Because human connection lies at the heart of this real estate project in Casablanca, Saray’s central plaza is poised to become a gastronomic and cultural destination. But for all the details, a little more patience will be required!
