<p><b>Recette :</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coupez les avocats et la mangue en petits dés. Mettez-les dans un saladier et arrosez du jus du citron vert. Hachez le basilic et ajoutez-le à la préparation, avec le zeste du même citron, l’huile d’olive, le sel et le poivre. Mélangez puis réservez au frais durant 1 heure.<br />
</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dans un emporte-pièce, disposez un peu de la préparation à l’avocat, puis faites un étage avec la chair de crabe légèrement poivrée que vous allez recouvrir à nouveau avec le mélange à l’avocat, puis avec la chair de crabe. <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Incorporez tous les ingrédients dans un plat ou un saladier et mélangez pour que les crevettes ou les morceaux de poisson soient bien nappés. Couvrez et laissez au réfrigérateur plusieurs heures, en remuant de temps en temps.<br />

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mélangez tous les ingrédients en dehors du concombre et laissez reposer 30 minutes à 1 heure au frais.<br />
</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coupez le concombre en petits dés de 2-3 mm –ou hachez-le– après l’avoir pelé. Ajoutez-le à la sauce yaourt. Vous pouvez le servir tel quel ou préparer des bâtonnets de légumes à tremper dedans.</span></p>

<p><b>Recette :</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Épluchez et râpez les courgettes. Les laisser égoutter avant de les faire cuire dans une poêle avec l’huile d’olive, l’ail et le basilic qu’on aura précédemment haché. Ajoutez du sel et du poivre et laissez mijoter une vingtaine de minutes à feu doux en remuant de temps en temps.<br />
</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pendant ce temps, battez énergiquement les œufs dans un saladier. Ajoutez le fromage de chèvre émietté, le parmesan, la crème fraîche et la maïzena. Salez et poivrez.<br />
</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Une fois que les courgettes sont cuites, laissez-les tiédir et mélangez les deux appareils. Mettez ensuite la préparation dans un moule à cake préalablement beurré.
