<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">En attendant, la société </span><strong><a href="https://www.alargan.com/">Alargan International</a></strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">, qui est à l’origine de Saray et leader dans l’immobilier durable et innovant, à d’ores et déjà lancé l</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">a commercialisation des appartements. Pour rappel, l’offre résidentielle comprend des studios entre 30 et 55m2 ainsi que des appartements-villas (aussi appelés “Urban living apartments”) entre 70 et 180 m2. Les studios seront achevés cette année, quant aux appartements ils seront entièrement terminés à l’horizon 2025. </span></p>
