<p>Chaque année, c’est la même histoire. On a beau avoir déniché sa <a href="https://shoelifer.com/trends-its/beaute/bronzage-cremes-solaires-2020/">protection solaire de l’été</a>, être incollable en matière de <a href="https://shoelifer.com/trends-its/beaute/bronzage-vrai-faux-ete/">SPF et autres indices UV</a>, on finit toujours par se faire avoir et arborer un méchant coup de soleil, pas très sexy. Comme ces jours où une douce brise vient adoucir la température, un matin brumeux fait baisser notre garde ou encore, lors d’une virée en bateau quand, le vent aidant, on ne sent pas le soleil cogner. Résultat ? Paf ! Une peau brulée par les UV qui nous fait regretter notre insouciance. Voici 5 conseils pour limiter les dégâts.</p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 18px"><strong>Evaluer l’étendue des dommages</strong></span></h2>
<p>Rougeurs, tiraillements, surchauffe. Rassurez-vous, quoique douloureux, le coup de soleil est le plus souvent bénin. Cela dit, consulter un médecin en urgence est recommandé dans au moins un des cas suivants : une grande zone de la peau est atteinte, le coup de soleil touche une personne fragile (personne âgée, enfant, adulte malade…), en présence de fièvre ou de maux de tête, ou en cas de malaise. En l’absence de ces symptômes, on peut s’en remettre facilement si l’on sait bien s’y prendre. Sinon on prend son courage à deux mains et on appelle son médecin.</p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 18px"><strong>Prendre un bain froid </strong></span></h2>
<p>Le coup de soleil n’est ni plus ni moins qu’une brûlure et une accumulation de chaleur. La peau n’en peut plus et le montre en devenant rouge et douloureuse. La première mesure à prendre est donc de la refroidir en prenant un bain ou une douche froide. Plus l’eau sera fraîche, plus votre peau va apprécier. On élimine toute trace de sel et de sable, en douceur, de préférence à l’aide d’un “savon sans savon” avant de rincer abondamment et de se sécher très délicatement en évitant de frotter l’épiderme déjà fragilisé.</p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 18px"><strong>Oser un anti-inflammatoire pour calmer le feu</strong></span></h2>
<p>Les médecins conseillent généralement la prise d’un anti-inflammatoire en cas de coup de soleil léger, comme l’ibuprofène, commercialisé sous les noms d’Algantil ou encore de Brufen (pour n’en citer que deux). Toutefois, Covid-19 oblige, il est recommandé de préférer des antalgiques classiques comme le paracétamol (Doliprane) ou l’aspirine. Mais il faut toujours garder à l’esprit que l’automédication doit respecter certaines règles. Prenez donc le temps d’en discuter avec votre pharmacien qui vous guidera par la suite dans le choix d’une bonne crème réparatrice. Et d’un soin protecteur si vous avez eu la très mauvaise idée de voyager sans.</p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 18px"><strong>Appliquer une bonne couche de crème pour réparer</strong></span></h2>
<p>Si un bon nombre de crèmes apaisantes existent sur le marché difficile de passer outre la cultissime Biafine… En France, pays qui a vu naître cette émulsion anti-brûlures en 1976, il s’en vend à peu près 340 tubes par heure en moyenne. Les raisons de ce succès ? La Biafine crée une barrière protectrice et super hydratante sur la peau, favorisant une reconstruction cutanée rapide. La formule contient des paraffines et de l’huile d’avocat pour hydrater et de la trolamine pour apaiser. Ne pas hésiter à appliquer une couche épaisse de produit et à renouveler le geste si nécessaire. Attention : contrairement à l’idée reçue, la Biafine est bel et bien un médicament. Toujours lire la notice et si besoin, demander conseil en pharmacie.</p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 18px"><strong>S’hydrater en profondeur le lendemain</strong></span></h2>
<p>Le lendemain, on ose un masque au concombre hydratant et apaisant avant de commencer sa journée. On découpe finement quelques tranches que l’on applique sur le visage, les épaules, le décolleté : partout où ça chauffe. On laisse poser une dizaine de minutes avant de rincer à l’eau fraîche.
