<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Idées de toppings</strong> : des copeaux de noix de coco ou du muesli</span></p>
<p><strong>La préparation :</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Plus qu’une glace, c’est une nice cream. Et pour chaque recette de glace nice cream, pensez à congeler vos fruits lavés, pelés et découpés en morceaux au minimum 2 heures à l’avance. Une fois prêts, placez-les dans un mixeur puis ajoutez du lait végétal (amande, soja, coco…en fonction de vos préférences). Mais pas plus de 2 à 3 cuillères </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">à soupe </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">pour que la texture ne soit pas trop liquide. Si vous préférez, optez pour du yaourt. Mixez le tout jusqu’à obtenir une glace crémeuse. Ajoutez les toppings puis dégustez immédiatement ou dans l’heure si vous réservez au frais.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Et parce que tout le monde n’est pas en mode healthy 24h/24, voici une recette de glace maison pas du tout light… mais délicieusement régressive. Un petit plaisir sucré, à se permettre sans culpabilité. Juste pour le kif.</span></p>
<h2><span style="font-size: 20px;"><b>Glace à la pistache maison (sans sorbetière)</b></span></h2>
<p><b>Ingrédients :</b></p>
<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">200 ml de lait entier</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">150 g de sucre</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">3 jaunes d&rsquo;œufs</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">100 g de pâte de pistache</span></li>
</ul>
<p><b>Préparation :</b></p>
<ol>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Faites chauffer le lait et la crème.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fouettez les jaunes d&rsquo;œufs avec le sucre jusqu’à ce que le mélange blanchisse.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Versez doucement le lait chaud sur les jaunes sans cesser de remuer.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Remettez dans la casserole et chauffez doucement jusqu’à épaississement (comme pour une crème anglaise).</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Retirez du feu, ajoutez la pâte de pistache, mélangez bien.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Refroidissez puis mettez au congélateur. Toutes les 30 minutes, fouettez pour éviter la formation de cristaux. Recommencez 3 à 4 fois.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Laissez prendre au congélateur avant de déguster.</span></li>
