<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> 1 kilo de figues.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">3 oignons jaunes.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">30 g d’huile d’olive.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">15 g de vinaigre balsamique.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">20 g de beurre.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">25 g de sucre,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> 1 c. à s. de miel.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> 1 branche de romarin.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 feta.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">3 branches de thym citron.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> 1 pincée de piment d’espelette.</span></li>

<p><b>La marche à suivre : </b></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Émincez les oignons. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le beurre et le romarin dans une sauteuse puis faites suer les oignons pendant 5 minutes. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Retirez le romarin.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ajoutez le vinaigre balsamique et le miel. Salez et poivrez.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Laissez colorer à nouveau 5 minutes en retournant délicatement les oignons. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ajoutez de l’eau, l&rsquo;équivalent d’un verre, et laissez compoter 25 minutes à couvert. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Préchauffez le four à 180°C.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Découpez la tête des figues et procédez à une incision en forme de croix. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Beurrez un moule à tarte, saupoudrez le fond de sucre. Puis disposez les figues  côté bombé vers le haut.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Répartissez la compote d’oignon sur les figues.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Déroulez la pâte brisée par-dessus en rabattant l&rsquo;excédent de pâte sur les bords pour bien tenir les figues. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Enfournez environ 25 minutes. La pâte doit avoir un aspect bien doré. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Retournez  la tarte à l’aide d’une assiette (façon tortilla espagnole).</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Émiettez la feta  dans un bol et mélangez-la avec le thym, 1 cs d’huile d’olive et le piment espelette.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Parsemez sur la tarte, ajoutez les feuilles de roquettes et dégustez !</span></li>

Repérée par les enseignes Merci, Le Bon Marché et Les Galeries Lafayette, Maison Château Rouge se fraie vite un chemin parmi ces jeunes marques qui font la mode d’aujourd’hui. Depuis, elle multiplie les collaborations, pour Monoprix par exemple, avec une collection capsule en mai 2018 comprenant aussi bien du prêt-à-porter que des objets déco.
