Mais est-elle aussi efficace qu’elle le prétend ? Qu’en pensent les professionnels ? On a posé la question au Dr Benjamin Pulvermacker, chirurgien esthétique à Paris.</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Voilà plusieurs années que la gym du visage, aussi appelée </span><strong><a href="https://shoelifer.com/beaute/actu-beaute/yoga-du-visage-aicha-haddioui/">yoga facial</a></strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">, fait parler d’elle. Que ce soit par le biais d’</span><strong><a href="https://shoelifer.com/beaute/gym-du-visage-3-applis-pour-vous-aider-a-vous-y-mettre/">applications dédiées</a></strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> (on vous a déjà présenté les plus populaires), de thérapeutes certifiés ou de centres spécialisés, tous vantent les mérites de cette méthode anti-âge 100% naturelle. Ce marché pourrait atteindre plus de </span><strong><a href="https://treendly.com/blog/face-yoga-the-emerging-trend-for-natural-anti-aging-and-facial-toning">1 milliard de dollars d’ici 2027</a></strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> et celui </span><strong><a href="https://researchintelo.com/report/face-yoga-tool-market">des outils</a></strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> parfois utilisés dans cette pratique comme les gua sha, les rollers et autres appareils de massage, pourrait quant à lui culminer à 3,5 milliards de dollars d’ici 2033. C’est dire comme ce phénomène a dépassé le stade de la tendance ! </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Si la pratique du yoga facial est déjà courante aux États-Unis, au Japon ou encore en Europe, elle est également de plus en plus présente au Maroc. À Casablanca par exemple, Sk’in est le premier centre du pays à s’être spécialisé dans la </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">face gym</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> structurelle. En clair, la gym du visage est la nouvelle méthode anti-âge en vogue. <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pour rappel, la gym du visage trouve ses origines dans des pratiques ancestrales asiatiques, notamment le </span><strong><a href="https://www.elle.fr/Beaute/Massage/Kobido-3078100">massage japonais Kobido</a></strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> et la médecine chinoise. 100% naturelle, celle-ci consiste à réaliser des exercices répétitifs et ciblés, le plus souvent à l’aide de ses doigts. L’objectif étant d’activer les muscles du visage, stimuler la circulation sanguine et améliorer l’oxygénation des tissus. Le visage est en effet composé de près de 50 muscles qui, avec l’âge, ont tendance à perdre de leur tonicité et à se relâcher. Résultat, des rides apparaissent et les volumes s’affaissent. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pour le </span><a href="https://www.chirurgie-esthetique.co/"><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Dr Pulvermacker</strong></span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">, entretenir la musculature dite superficielle n’est pas une mauvaise idée. “</span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lorsque l’on effectue un lifting traditionnel, on va repositionner ces muscles superficiels, que l’on appelle le </span></i><strong><a href="https://daghanisik.com/fr/blog-fr/quest-ce-que-le-smas-pourquoi-est-il-important-dans-les-chirurgies-esthetiques-du-visage/"><i>SMAS</i></a></strong><i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> en chirurgie. Donc entretenir leur tonicité et leur élasticité avec de la gym, ça fait sens</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">”, explique-t-il. Dans sa pratique, le chirurgien préconise d’ailleurs beaucoup de massages drainants, en particulier en post-opératoire. Ils aident à la résorption des œdèmes et à retrouver une peau plus souple, plus rapidement. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Néanmoins, selon lui, la pratique du yoga facial s’adresse plutôt à une clientèle jeune qui n’a pas beaucoup de relâchement et qui souhaite retarder l’apparition des premières rides. Une fois ces dernières installées, les injections de botox et d’acide hyaluronique restent la solution la plus efficace pour s’offrir un coup d’éclat et de rajeunissement. Si c’est l’effet recherché, bien sûr.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Il faut aussi garder en tête que certains muscles du visage sont responsables des rides dites d’expression, visibles notamment sur le front et au niveau de la patte d’oie. Attention alors à ne pas réaliser soi-même des exercices qui auraient pour effet de sur-solliciter ces muscles et donc de marquer davantage le visage. “</span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">Je trouve, à titre personnel, que les massages où l’on décolle beaucoup la peau ne sont pas forcément bénéfiques. À part décoller les tissus, je n’y vois pas beaucoup d’intérêt. <h2><span style="font-size: 20px;"><b>Sk’in, le centre consacré entièrement au visage</b></span></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">À Casablanca, le </span><strong><a href="https://www.instagram.com/skin.morocco/">centre Sk’in</a></strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> a récemment introduit la </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">face gym </span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">structurelle. Cette méthode, nouvelle au Maroc, est fondée sur la biomécanique et les neurosciences. Elle prend donc en compte le fascia, le SMAS et la circulation lymphatique. L’objectif étant de comprendre la mécanique profonde du visage pour mieux l’entraîner, comme on le ferait avec notre corps. Quatre protocoles y sont proposés : Flow, Sculpt, Lift et Fit. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Tous sont réalisés par des kinésithérapeutes spécialement formées à cette méthode et chaque séance ne dépasse pas 20 minutes afin de ne pas sur-solliciter les muscles. Si le regard peut sembler plus ouvert et le teint plus frais après une première session, seule la régularité permettra d’observer de réels résultats. L’idéal étant de bénéficier de 2 à 3 séances par semaine.</span></p>

Pratiquée régulièrement et correctement, elle peut en effet aider à maintenir la tonicité des muscles et à préserver la vitalité du visage. Elle doit alors être envisagée comme un outil d’entretien, au même titre qu’une bonne routine de soins ou une hygiène de vie équilibrée. Néanmoins, cette dernière ne remplace ni les soins dermatologiques ni les traitements médicaux lorsque ceux-ci sont nécessaires. Comme souvent en matière de beauté, tout est une question d’équilibre, de complémentarité et surtout de régularité.</span></p>
