<p>Antioxydant, à haute teneur en vitamine C, K, et en bêta-carotène : le poivron vert a un rôle de primadonna à jouer dans nos recettes de boissons détox. En plus d’être un très bon diurétique, il apporte de l’éclat au teint grâce à sa forte teneur en silice. Un allié de taille pour démarrer l’été avec un teint hâlé donc.</p>
