Mais qu’en est-il de la préparation ? Pour accoutumer progressivement son corps au mois de jeûne, les bonnes habitudes doivent être prises dès maintenant ! Nous sommes allées demander conseil à Valérie Alighieri, nutritionniste à Casablanca.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">On le sait, le jeûne offre de nombreux </span><strong><a href="https://www.passeportsante.net/fr/Therapies/Guide/Fiche.aspx?doc=jeune_th">bienfaits</a></strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> pour la santé. Mais il représente tout de même un choc pour le corps. Surtout quand on passe d’un certain mode d’alimentation à une privation complète du jour au lendemain. Pour faciliter la transition, on peut tout de même modifier son comportement alimentaire un peu avant le début du mois sacré. Voici donc quelques conseils ramadan à mettre en place dès maintenant. Du simple bon sens, mais ça ne fait jamais de mal de le rappeler!</span></p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 20px;"><b>S’hydrater, s’hydrater, s’hydrater !</b></span></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Durant le mois de ramadan, le manque d’hydratation peut avoir des répercussions sur le système digestif et provoquer de la constipation. Une semaine avant de débuter le jeûne, on pense donc à boire beaucoup d’eau, surtout si ce n’est pas dans nos habitudes. Oubliez les jus et les sodas qui sont trop sucrés. Privilégiez l’eau et les tisanes. Des conseils ramadan également valables pour la rupture du jeûne. “</span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">Tout au long de la soirée, n’oubliez pas de boire beaucoup d’eau, c’est très important</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">”, alerte la nutritionniste. </span></p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 20px;"><b>Diminuer le sucre</b></span></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Vous êtes un véritable bec sucré et avez tendance à grignoter entre les repas ? “</span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">Il faut savoir que le sucre donne faim. C’est vrai que culturellement, on a beaucoup de gâteaux sucrés pendant ramadan. Mais dès que l’on mange quelque chose de sucré, cela provoque un </span></i><strong><a href="https://www.pensersante.fr/l-hypoglycemie#:~:text=Quand%20une%20hypoglyc%C3%A9mie%20survient%20chez,augmentation%20soudaine%20de%20la%20glyc%C3%A9mie."><i>pic de glycémie</i></a></strong><i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> qui va retomber tout aussi vite. On entre alors dans un état d’hypoglycémie ce qui va entraîner les fringales”</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">, explique Valérie. Vous l’aurez compris, commencez dès à présent à réduire autant que possible votre consommation de sucre. Cela vous aidera pour la suite. Puis, au moment de la rupture du jeûne, ne vous ruez pas sur les pâtisseries et autres viennoiseries. Votre corps vous remerciera ! </span></p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 20px;"><b>Réduire les quantités</b></span></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Si vous êtes un gros mangeur, essayez de réduire progressivement les quantités ingurgitées à chaque repas. À force, votre corps sera habitué à fonctionner avec moins de nourriture, ce qui facilitera la transition. Cela vous permettra également de préparer votre estomac au jeûne et à ne pas le fatiguer outre mesure avec une digestion lente et difficile. “</span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">En temps normal, si on mange les bonnes quantités à chaque repas, on ne va pas avoir de mal à digérer. La digestion prend 3 heures donc si vous avez l’habitude de vous coucher aux alentours de 22h30, prenez l’habitude de dîner à 19h, d’autant que le ftour est prévu entre 18h30 (en début de mois) et 19h (fin de mois). Vous pouvez bien sûr manger de tout, c&rsquo;est-à-dire des protéines, des féculents et des légumes, mais en quantités raisonnables</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">”, précise la nutritionniste.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Cela rejoint les deux points précédents et fait partie des conseils ramadan à suivre avant, pendant mais aussi après le mois sacré. Manger plus de légumes avant de débuter le jeûne permet notamment de préparer le transit et d’éviter par la suite les problèmes de constipation. Pour le ftour, je conseille d’opter pour un menu équilibré composé de légumes (cuits et crus, salades…), de protéines (viande, poisson, œufs durs…) et de féculents (riz, harira…)”</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">, recommande la nutritionniste. </span></p>
<p><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">“Je préfère également les sandwichs type batbouts garnis de thon, de viande hachée ou de légumes, plutôt que les fritures comme les briouates qui sont moins digestes. On complète avec un produit laitier (verre de lait, fromage, yaourt, fromage frais…) et des fruits (frais et secs comme les dattes, noix, amandes…). Un ftour complet suffit à tenir jusqu’au lendemain</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">”, poursuit Valérie Alighieri. Le ftour constitue donc le repas principal. Le deuxième sera pris au moment du shour et peut faire office de petit-déjeuner. Entre les deux, vous pouvez opter pour un petit en-cas composé d’un yaourt ou d’un fruit. Mais faire trois repas n’est pas une bonne idée car votre corps n’aura pas le temps de digérer. </span></p>
