<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Avant de jouer les prolongations côté bronzage, mieux vaut avoir suivi quelques règles de base durant les vacances. Tout d’abord, avoir évité les coups de soleil et s’être exposé petit à petit, pour obtenir un bronzage régulier. Autre point à ne pas négliger, l’hydratation. Les expositions répétées entrainent une perte d’eau conséquente. Pour éviter le dessèchement cutané et avoir une peau éclatante, il faut donc manger des aliments riches en eau, boire régulièrement et appliquer des crèmes hydratantes adaptées. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ceci étant dit, de retour au bureau, comment prolonger le bronzage le plus longtemps possible ? On vous le dit tout de suite, oubliez l’option six mois. En revanche, sublimer son hâle, le rendre plus lumineux et même le prolonger jusqu’au début de l’automne en trichant un peu, ça oui. À condition d’avoir les bons réflexes et de connaître quelques astuces. Entre infos et intox, on fait le tour de la question en cinq points. <h2 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 20px;"><b>1. Peu importe la crème, pourvu qu’on hydrate</b></span></h2>
<p><b>Faux.</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Pour prolonger son bronzage et éviter la desquamation, il faut hydrater sa peau à gogo. Il est donc recommandé d’appliquer deux fois par jour une formule riche en eau et en gras, histoire d’irriguer les cellules en eau et empêcher son évaporation. Mais tous les produits ne sont pas égaux. Contrairement aux laits ou aux huiles hydratantes, les crèmes “prolongateurs de bronzage” contiennent des actifs qui stimulent les mélanocytes (cellules qui synthétisent la mélanine, responsables de la pigmentation cutanée). Ainsi, en les utilisant matin et soir et en s’exposant au soleil vingt minutes par jour, il est possible de prolonger son bronzage durant plusieurs semaines. </span></p>
<p><b>Le petit plus :</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Avec les expositions répétées, la peau connaît aussi une perte en sels minéraux. Contrairement aux crèmes hydratantes classiques, les soins après-soleil et activateurs de bronzage en contiennent et permettent donc à la peau de se régénérer plus rapidement. Résultat : la peau est plus éclatante. </span></p>

<h2 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 20px;"><b>2. L’exfoliation efface le bronzage plus rapidement</b></span></h2>
<p><b>Vrai et faux.</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Le secret d’un hâle uniforme et lumineux est de faire des gommages doux et réguliers durant tout l’été. Mais si vous avez zappé cette étape de votre routine beauté alors mieux vaut ne pas commencer à exfolier votre peau dès la rentrée. Il est conseillé d’attendre 10 à 15 jours après la dernière exposition, pour ne pas éliminer prématurément son hâle. Passé ce délai, cela permet d’éviter de débronzer par “plaques”.</span></p>
<p><b>Le petit plus :</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> On évite les formules mécaniques, celles dont les particules granuleuses d’origine synthétique peuvent irriter la peau déjà malmenée par les UV. Et on privilégie les formules douces et enzymatiques (qui exfolient par un processus chimique, notamment grâce aux acides de fruits) qui n’agressent pas l’épiderme.</span></p>

<p><b>Faux.</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Grâce aux crèmes et poudres aux textures légères et transparentes, il est facile de rehausser son teint et ainsi prolonger son bronzage durant quelques semaines. Le tout sans effet de matière et avec un fini lumineux. Mais une fois le teint hâlé disparu, rien ne sert d’en mettre des couches pour paraître bronzé. Le résultat est tout sauf naturel. Il faut savoir retourner à ses produits make-up habituels pour mieux se mettre en beauté. </span></p>
<p><b>Le petit plus :</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Des fluides teintés aux blushs posés sur les paupières pour un maquillage nude, l’essentiel est d’avoir la main légère. L’objectif de notre maquillage post-été : sublimer, et non camoufler. Les textures doivent donc être imperceptibles et se fondre parfaitement à la peau. Sur les lèvres et les pommettes, les nuances orangées apportent du peps et apportent un effet bonne mine. Et sur les paupières et la bouche, on joue la brillance avec des fards nacrés et du gloss, histoire d’accrocher la lumière. </span></p>
