<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Plus funky qu’un porridge et plus frais qu’un muesli, le petit-déjeuner de la rentrée, c’est le smoothie bowl. Cette version plus sexy et crémeuse du smoothie traditionnel est aussi photogénique (près de 3 millions de </span><a href="https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/smoothiebowl/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">#smoothiebowl</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> sur Instagram), que gourmande et rapide à réaliser. </span></p>
<p><b>Le principe ?</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Comme pour un smoothie classique, il faut mixer des fruits frais ou congelés, du yaourt ou du lait végétal (mais en moindre quantité pour une texture plus dense). On verse le tout dans un bol avant d’y ajouter des fruits frais, des céréales, des graines ou des super-aliments. </span></p>
<p><b>Le plus ? </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Riche en antioxydants et super-aliments, il permet de tenir jusqu’à la pause déjeuner sans avoir de baisse d’énergie ou de fringale. </span></p>

<h2 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 20px;"><b>Le plus green : le smoothie bowl kiwi, épinard et basilic</b></span></h2>
<p><b>Ingrédients pour 2 personnes </b></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pour le smoothie : 2 kiwis, 1 banane, 2 grosses poignées d’épinard frais, un morceau de 2cm de gingembre frais, 6 feuilles de basilic, 15 cl de lait</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pour le topping : 1 kiwi, une petite poignée de graines de courge, 2 c. à soupe de copeaux de noix de coco ou noix de coco râpée</span></li>

<p><b>Préparation – 10 minutes</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pelez et coupez les 2 kiwis en morceaux. Après avoir nettoyé et épongé les épinards et le basilic, hachez-les grossièrement. Épluchez la banane et coupez-la en rondelles. Râpez le gingembre après l’avoir épluché. Placez tous les ingrédients dans le mixeur et ajoutez le lait. Vous devez obtenir un smoothie bien lisse mais assez épais. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pour le topping, faites griller à sec les graines de courge dans un poêle sur feu doux. Arrêtez le feu dès qu’elles sont dorées et laissez-les refroidir hors du feu. Pelez et coupez le kiwi en rondelles. Placez-les sur chaque smoothie bowl avec les copeaux de noix de coco et les graines de courge grillées.</span></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pour le smoothie : 2 bananes, 15 cl de lait, 10 cl de glaçons, 4 cuillères à soupe de cacao amer ou chocolat en poudre</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pour le topping : 1 banane, une poignée de noisettes entières, une poignée de copeaux frais de noix de coco, 2 cuillères à soupe de vermicelles ou de copeaux de chocolat, 1 cuillère à soupe de graines de sésame dorées</span></li>

<p><b>Préparation &#8211; 10 minutes</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dans un robot, mixer les deux bananes préalablement épluchées et coupées avec le lait, les glaçons et le cacao amer (ou le chocolat en poudre). Le smoothie obtenu doit être assez épais. Réservez dans deux bols et placez-les au frais. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pour le topping, pelez et coupez la banane en rondelles. Concassez grossièrement les noisettes entières. Sortez les bols du réfrigérateur et placez tous les éléments restants sur le dessus.</span></p>

À défaut de parcourir le monde cet été, on fait voyager nos papilles avec des salades originales aux saveurs venues d’ailleurs. Des recettes faciles et rapides à réaliser, pour un repas complet avec plein de vitamines, et surtout, surprendre toute la smala. <h2 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 20px;"><b>Direction la Grèce : salade originale de poulpe à l’avocat et au pamplemousse</b></span></h2>
<p><b>Ingrédients pour 4 personnes : </b></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">300 g de poulpe cuit</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">2 avocats </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">2 tomates </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 branche de céleri  </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 pamplemousse</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Le jus d&rsquo;1/2 citron jaune</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">3 c. à soupe d’huile d’olive </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Sel et poivre</span></li>
</ul>
<p><b>Préparation &#8211; 40 minutes</b></p>
<ol>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Attendrissez le poulpe avec un rouleau à pâtisserie. Puis précuisez-le au court-bouillon entre 20 et 40 minutes selon sa taille. Enfin, mettez un peu d’huile d’olive dans une cocotte et faites le revenir entre 20 et 30 minutes de plus. Pour savoir s’il est cuit, plantez une lame de couteau à travers. Elle doit s’enfoncer comme dans une pomme de terre. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pendant la cuisson, pelez le pamplemousse à vif. Levez les suprêmes (la chair du fruit) puis coupez-les en trois. Réservez les morceaux de pamplemousse et le jus.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coupez les avocats en deux, retirez les noyaux et coupez la chair en lamelles. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Effilez le céleri, lavez-le puis coupez-le en rondelles. Ciselez les feuilles. Lavez les tomates et coupez-les en morceaux. Coupez les tentacules de poulpe en morceaux. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dans un saladier, mélangez les jus du pamplemousse et du citron, l’huile d’olive ainsi que du sel et du poivre. Ajoutez les tomates, le céleri, les avocats, le pamplemousse et le poulpe. Mélangez et servez. </span></li>

<p><b>Ingrédients pour 4 personnes</b></p>

<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">4 grosses poignées de roquette</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">100 g de feta</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">80 g de noix de cajou (on peut les remplacer par des noix)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">250 g de betteraves</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 c. à soupe de vinaigre de cidre</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">2 c. à soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Sel et poivre</span></li>
</ul>
<p><b>Préparation – 45 minutes </b></p>
<ol>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lavez la betterave et faites-la cuire 30 à 45 minutes (selon sa grosseur) dans de l’eau bouillante. Puis passez-la sous un filet d’eau froide avant de la peler.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pendant ce temps-là, lavez et égouttez la roquette. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Faites griller à sec les noix de cajou dans une poêle. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coupez la betterave en petits cubes. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Déposez la roquette essorée sur les betteraves et ajoutez la feta coupée en cube et les noix de cajou.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Versez le vinaigre de cidre, et l’huile d’olive ainsi qu’un peu de sel et poivre selon votre goût. </span></li>

<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Faites cuire le riz durant 10 minutes dans une casserole d’eau salée puis l’égoutter avant de laisser refroidir. </span></li>

<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">4 filets de poulet</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 gousse d’ail</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">½ bouquet de menthe</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">50 g de cacahuètes grillées (non salées de préférence)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">4 c. à soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">4 cl de jus de citron vert</span></li>

<p><b>Préparation &#8211; 35 minutes</b></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coupez les filets de poulet en lanières, mettez-les dans un bol avec la sauce soja sucrée, 2 cuillères à café de nuoc-mâm, le piment et la gousse d’ail pelée et râpée. Mélangez, couvrez et laissez mariner le temps de préparer le reste.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mélangez dans un bol :  l’huile d’olive, le jus de citron vert, le vinaigre de riz, le sucre de canne, 1 c. à café de nuoc-mâm et une demi-cuillère à café de sauce pimentée.  Puis concassez les cacahuètes et rajoutez-les à la sauce. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coupez les tomates cerises en deux. Fendez le concombre en quatre, retirez la partie centrale qui contient les graines et coupez la chair en petits dés.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Épluchez les carottes et avec l’économe, taillez de fines lamelles de carottes. Puis, coupez-les en deux dans le sens de la largeur. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Recouvrez les vermicelles de riz d’eau très chaude pendant quelques minutes, selon les indications du sachet. Égouttez-les puis rincez-les avant de les couper au ciseau.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Faites griller le poulet dans une poêle huilée durant 5 à 6 minutes, à feu vif. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dans un saladier, mélangez les vermicelles, les tomates, le concombre, la menthe et la sauce. Servez dans les assiettes avant de rajouter le poulet grillé et les cacahuètes sur le dessus. Servez. </span></li>

<p>Après les <a href="https://shoelifer.com/trends-its/recettes-de-salades-gourmandes/">salades colorées</a>, les <a href="https://shoelifer.com/trends-its/recettes-apero-healthy-sunset-drink-dip/">dips apéro</a> légers ou encore les <a href="https://shoelifer.com/trends-its/recettes/nice-cream-recette-glace-maison-healthy/">glaces maison vegan</a>, la nouvelle tendance alimentaire de l’été n’est autre que la soupe froide. Colorée, parfumée et surtout très fraîche, elle apporte un vent d’originalité à nos tables estivales et – cerise sur le potage &#8211; se prépare en un clin d’œil. Si on connaît déjà le fameux gaspacho andalou, on décide cette année de l’upgrader avec des saveurs originales. Voilà donc 3 recettes faciles pour un potage glacé et léger oui, mais gourmand ET healthy.</p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>LA PLUS FACILE : Gaspacho de courgettes à la menthe fraîche</strong></span></h2>
<p>Les ingrédients (pour 4 personnes) :</p>
<ul>
<li>1 grosse courgette</li>
<li>2 gousses d’ail</li>
<li>2 échalotes</li>
<li>Quelques feuilles de menthe</li>
<li>3 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive</li>
<li>50 ml de fromage blanc</li>
<li>Sel et poivre</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Temps de préparation : 20 minutes<br />
</strong>Laver et couper la courgette en petits morceaux. Éplucher et émincer l’ail et les échalotes puis les faire revenir dans une casserole avec l’huile d’olive. Ajouter ensuite la courgette. Laisser mijoter pendant 20 minutes. Retirer du feu, ajouter le fromage blanc et mixer le tout. Disposer la menthe préalablement lavée. Assaisonner. Laisser refroidir et mettre la soupe dans le réfrigérateur au moins une heure avant de servir. Déguster.</p>
<p><strong>Pourquoi on l’aime ?</strong><strong><br />
</strong>Léger, rafraîchissant et surtout délicieux, ce gaspacho “vert” facilite la digestion tout en permettant de faire le plein de vitamines.</p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>LA PLUS EXOTIQUE : Carotte coco et citron vert</strong></span></h2>
<p>Les ingrédients :</p>
<ul>
<li>1 oignon</li>
<li>4 carottes</li>
<li>2 citrons verts</li>
<li>40 cl de lait de coco</li>
<li>40 cl d’eau</li>
<li>2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive</li>
<li>Sel et poivre</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Temps de préparation : 20 minutes<br />
</strong>Laver, éplucher et couper les carottes en fines rondelles. Éplucher l’oignon puis le mixer pendant quelques secondes (puissance maximale). Verser l’huile d’olive sur les oignons. Faire chauffer à part les carottes pendant 2-3 minutes dans une casserole. Ensuite, placer le tout dans un blender et mixer. Ajouter le lait de coco, sel et poivre. Puis, petit à petit, l’eau, jusqu’à la consistance et l’onctuosité désirée. Retirer du mixer et faire chauffer à nouveau le tout en ajoutant le jus des citrons. Une fois le mélange refroidi, placer dans le réfrigérateur. Au moment de servir, ajouter les zestes dans les verrines. C’est prêt !</p>
<p><strong>Pourquoi on l’aime ?</strong></p>
<p>Le citron vert apporte une légère note acidulée à cette soupe froide aux saveurs exotiques.</p>

<p>Les ingrédients :</p>
<ul>
<li>4 betteraves cuites (et pelées)</li>
<li>2 gousses d’ail</li>
<li>50 grammes de ricotta</li>
<li>3 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive</li>
<li>Environ 20 grammes de ciboulette (une botte)</li>
<li>Sel et poivre</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Temps de préparation : 20 minutes<br />
</strong>Commencer par éplucher le concombre, puis le couper en deux (en longueur) et ôter les graines avec une cuillère. Éplucher l’ail. Ensuite, mixer le concombre, l’ail, les betteraves et la ricotta. Rajouter un peu d’eau (jusqu’à la consistance désirée). Saler et poivrer à votre convenance. Mettre au réfrigérateur pendant deux heures. Au moment de servir, hacher la ciboulette et décorer les verrines. Le tour est joué !</p>

<p>–Deux bananes congelées (préalablement pelées et coupées en morceaux).</p>
<p>–Une grosse poignée de fraises également congelées.</p>
<p>–Du lait végétal.</p>
<p><strong>Préparation </strong></p>
<p>Mettre petit à petit les bananes et les fraises dans le robot. Mixer et ajouter un petit peu de lait d’amande, de soja ou de coco. (Deux ou trois cuillères à soupe maximum car il ne faut pas que la glace soit trop liquide). Il ne reste plus qu’à servir, dans un bol ou une jolie coupe, voire, pour les plus audacieuses, dans un moule, à décorer de quelques fruits rouges. À placer au frais et à déguster assez rapidement car il est difficile de préserver la texture crémeuse de la nice cream en la recongelant.</p>

<p>N’hésitez pas à twister la recette selon vos envies. On peut remplacer les fraises par d’autres fruits des bois, des pêches, de la mangue, ou encore rajouter du cacao en poudre. Et pour la cerise sur la <em>nice cream</em>, laissez-votre créativité s’exprimer : épices (cannelle), fruits secs, sirop d’érable, miel, chocolat fondu… Tout est permis. Nous, on salive déjà.</p>

La peau tend à devenir aussi grise que le ciel et sèche comme un arbre dénué de son feuillage. La recette « In » met en avant la graine de lin — chargée en fibres, en oméga 3 et en vitamines E. Ce <em>shot</em> d’énergie, sans gluten de surcroît, s’illustre dans un <em>green wrap</em> aussi beau que bon. Pour le « out », Sofiia nous confie également ses essentiels beauté pour garder une mine éclatante et une peau de pêche, qu’il neige ou qu’il vente (ou les deux.).</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Cette recette pour 2 grands <em>wraps </em>ou 4 petits est « keto », comprendre sans sucres et sans farine. Elle est aussi « paleo », méthode qui consiste à manger comme nos anciens, sans sucres, ni produits laitiers ou céréales. Et vegan !</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Temps de réalisation : 20 minutes (max)</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Ingrédients :</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">– 1 tasse de graines de lin</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">– ½ verre d’eau</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">– 1 cuillère à café de thym</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">– 1 pincée de sel de l’Himalaya</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">– 1 brocoli</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">– 100 g d’edamame</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">– 1 avocat</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">– 1 chou frisé</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Tout d’abord, mixez les graines de lin dans un <em>blender</em> pour les transformer en farine.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Pendant ce temps, faites chauffer l’eau jusqu’à ce qu’elle devienne frémissante puis ajoutez le sel.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Versez la farine de graines de lin dans l’eau chaude, remuez bien avec une spatule en bois, puis utilisez vos mains pour pétrir la pâte pendant une minute. La pâte doit être humide et devenir plus douce, elle se décollera naturellement de la casserole.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Ensuite, faites 2 ou 4, selon la taille de <em>wrap</em> que vous souhaitez obtenir, boules de pâte. Étalez chaque boule de pâte entre deux feuilles de papier sulfurisé : une en bas pour empêcher la pâte de graine de lin de coller à la surface et une sur le dessus pour empêcher la pâte de graine de lin de coller au rouleau. Appuyez sur la boule avec la paume de votre main pour l’aplatir un peu, puis commencez à rouler avec un rouleau à pâtisserie.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Prenez ensuite un emporte-pièce (ou un bol rond) et placez-le sur le dessus de la pâte roulée puis coupez les bords pour obtenir des cercles. Faites chauffer votre poêle antiadhésive (si ce n’est pas le cas, ajoutez une petite cuillère d’huile de coco) à feu moyen, et faites dorer vos <em>wraps</em> sur la poêle chaude pendant 1 minute. Retournez-les et laissez cuire pendant encore 1 minute.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Placez les wraps dans une assiette, laissez reposer quelques minutes.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Enfin garnissez avec votre <em>green topping</em>. On assaisonne avec une cuillère d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive crue , et de la purée de sésame Tahini.</span></p>
