<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Après le Pilates Reformer, star des studios parisiens et des stories Instagram depuis deux ans, une nouvelle pratique s’impose dans le feed des jeunes femmes : le pelvic pilates. Sur TikTok, Instagram, et même Facebook (si, si), les vidéos kitsch, les pubs rose fuchsia et les défis en leg lift s’enchaînent.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Le pelvic pilates, c’est avant tout le renforcement du périnée, ce groupe de muscles profonds qu’on a longtemps ignoré (sauf après un accouchement, lors de la fameuse rééducation post-partum). Pendant des années, le périnée était cantonné à la salle d’attente des sages-femmes. Désormais, il fait son grand retour dans les playlists YouTube et les salles de sport. Et ce n’est pas anodin. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pour beaucoup de jeunes femmes, prendre soin de son périnée via le pelvic pilates revient à reprendre le contrôle de son corps, de sa santé et de son plaisir. Même si son gimmick le plus connu n’est autre que “contracte, maintenant !”</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Et elle a raison : selon le groupe hospitalier </span><strong><a href="https://www.ambroisepare.fr/actualites/lincontinence-urinaire-feminine-levons-le-tabou/">Ambroise-Paré</a></strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">, 20 % des femmes incontinentes ont moins de 30 ans. Ajoutez à ça des douleurs pendant les rapports, des sensations en berne, et un désintérêt général pour cette zone&#8230; et vous obtenez une génération qui dit stop. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Petit test express </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">: si vous avez du mal à le contracter (notamment lorsque vous faites pipi) ou si vous avez des petites fuites lorsque vous riez aux éclats ou éternuez, c’est sans doute que votre périnée n’est pas musclé. </span></p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 20px;"><b>Un muscle (très) politique</b></span></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Alors pourquoi le pelvic pilates est-il en train de devenir un statement autant qu’un exercice ? Parce que la Gen Z veut plus qu’un corps esthétique : elle veut un corps fonctionnel, conscient et libre. Le propos est autant postural que politique. Tonifier son périnée, ce n’est pas juste « faire pipi sans fuite », c’est aussi retrouver de la puissance dans son bassin, de la chaleur dans son ventre, et un ancrage dans son corps. Et c’est justement là que le pelvic pilates intervient : il reconnecte. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Quelques minutes par jour suffisent (5 à 10 minutes, en conscience), à raison de trois à cinq fois par semaine. Les exercices vont de la contraction-relâchement type Kegel, à des séries plus subtiles de respiration, d&rsquo;alignement postural, ou d&rsquo;activation lors de mouvements lents, inspirés du yoga ou du Pilates au sol. En quelques semaines, on gagne en tonus, en stabilité… et en sensations.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mais est-ce que le pelvic pilates améliore vraiment la sexualité ? La réponse est oui, et sans ambiguïté. Un périnée tonique, mais surtout souple et bien « éduqué », favorise une meilleure vascularisation de la zone génitale, des </span><a href="https://lespotiches.com/tabous/cul/orgasmes-quel-rapport-avec-le-perinee/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">orgasmes</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> plus intenses, une capacité accrue à ressentir les mouvements internes. Pour beaucoup de femmes, pratiquer le pelvic pilates, c’est ouvrir une nouvelle voie vers le plaisir – plus lent, plus profond. Certaines parlent même de « pleasure muscles ». </span></p>

C’est une porte d’entrée vers une autre écoute du corps, plus douce, plus profonde, plus incarnée. C’est une pratique qui fait du bien, qui soigne, qui (ré)éveille. Et si la Gen Z en fait une obsession, c’est peut-être parce qu’elle a compris avant tout le monde que le bien-être, aujourd’hui, commence tout en bas.</span></p>
