DIGITAL: PAUL MOROCCO LAUNCHES ITS APP THAT SIMPLIFIES OUR LIVES

Ordering from PAUL Morocco directly? It’s now possible. From click & collect to click & delivery, a digital revolution is underway, and it’s quite convenient. Exclusive offers and good deals on the horizon.

Going digital shows no signs of slowing down. Online banking, fitness apps, online shopping, or, more recently, real estate transaction platforms—it seems no sector can escape this paradigm shift. We’re not telling you anything new ; if you’re reading this right now, you’ve also “gone digital”. ‘ And with online consumption comes online payments. In 2022, in Morocco, the number of online payment transactions increased by 27.8%, according to data from the Interbank Monetary Center. This proves that Moroccans have fully embraced this new era, especially since the Covid-19 pandemic, which is a boon for many businesses, especially fast-food chains. While the majority of restaurants in Morocco rely on applications  that centralize home delivery orders, PAUL Morocco stands out. How? By developing its own mobile application, already available for download on the App Store and Google Play–a first in Morocco.  In addition to traditional platforms where the brand remains present, you can find the entire PAUL Morocco catalog on a dedicated mobile app. The good news? In addition to its bakery, you can now order the entire lunch and tea room menu. Let us tell you all about this new service.

The art of French living is a click away

You have surely been to one of the thirty PAUL Morocco locations  across the kingdom. Whether for breakfast, a quick lunch, or a hot drink with some treats at tea time, in almost 25 years of existence in the country, the brand has delivered  the French way of life with specialty breads  and other very French pastries. Since early March, fans can also find all these delights on a Moroccan delivery application. In concrete terms, those who want delivery to the office or home will opt for the click & delivery service. Those who prefer to get some fresh air can come pick up their order at the point of sale of their choice, in click & collect mode.

But what has really changed since PAUL Morocco was already present on some delivery platforms? The big news is that you can find absolutely everything in the app. The bakery, of course, but also breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus  that you could only enjoy on-site until now. And, of course, the customer experience is faster, thanks to the numerous user experience studies conducted before implementation.  For example, the application instantly opens to different product categories: breads, pastries, finger foods, macaroons, etc. And there is an additional breakdown by subcategories on the next page to streamline the user’s journey. And that’s not all: The first four deliveries are free. All that’s left is to give it a try.

Revamped Ramadan offers

And why not take advantage of this service during the sacred month of Ramadan?  This is especially since this year PAUL Morocco is innovating by offering a completely redesigned menu. If you have guests, you should find something to your liking among the array of ready-to-eat products :Chicken-praline or seafood pastilla, a selection of signature navette biscuits  and Parisian brioche, signature mushroom-goat cheese and walnut pancakes, mini-burgers, stuffed croissants, wraps, quiches, verrines, or prawn rolls… But also traditional Moroccan chhiwates, such as msemmen, baghrir, or briouates. Not to mention a selection of special breads (bagels, pitas…) to finish it off. Those who prefer to eat on-sight at PAUL Morocco can reserve their spot for the Ramadan buffet (350 DH per person, -50% for children), or for the classic iftar formula served at the table (185 DH per person). This makes for a convivial moment, accompanied by musical entertainment.
