Trying out a new restaurant in Casablanca? We know you’re always up for it! Between new openings and re-openings, there’s no shortage of great spots to break the routine. Here are five places guaranteed to tantalize your taste buds.
Mila: Casablanca nightlife’s new hotspot
Remember this summer when we told you about the unmissable culinary stop in the Oasis district: Le Trianon? This fall we have an update: the complex is expanding its experience with a new upstairs space designed for night owls. From the moment you step in, Mila sets a plush, stylish tone, in the spirit of Ruby: red velvet, dim lighting, and the black panther, a true totem of the venue. Every detail across the floors—from paintings to statuettes, down to the animal motifs on the carpet—is carefully orchestrated. And the ultimate wink we love: the Red Panther cocktail, with its spicy notes, blending Casamigos Blanco, zesty grapefruit, and sparkling bubbles.
The menu, co-created by chefs Ramzi El Bouab and Celso Szczerba, a Brazilian chef specializing in Japanese cuisine, alongside pastry chef Rayan Néhmé, reinvents Japanese flavors. Highlights of this culinary journey include the Mila sashimi with truffle ponzu, braised salmon with chili jelly, and yuzu cheesecake. But Mila isn’t just about the refined menu—you also come for its lively flow, with Afro-Oriental house & world music carrying you late into the night.
From 8:30 PM, a live band sets the mood, followed by resident DJ duo MOND. For a constantly evolving vibe, guest DJs will also take the stage. Last but not least, themed nights are planned—the first being Halloween Nights, from October 30 to November 1.
Open daily from 7 PM to 3 AM
Mila Supper Club, corner of Boulevard Abderrahim Bouabid (Ex-Jerrada) & Rue des Papillons, Oasis, Casablanca. Tel.: +212 6 10 84 24 14
L’Italien del Cézanne: the cozy Italian table
Well-established in Casablanca’s dining scene, Cézanne is that cozy spot where you love lingering over a few treats, soaking up the sun on its terrace. And one thing is certain: with the opening of its Italian space upstairs, there’s yet another reason to drop by. Here, you share a moment of simple, family-style dolce vita.
The menu features all-time Italian favorites for young and old: a tempting selection of pizzas, comforting pasta dishes, and classics like the “elephant ear.” Sweet notes, traditional (or nearly so), include tiramisu classico, ricotta al limone, and Nutella pizza.
What we also love is the sunny, slightly retro Italian atmosphere, carefully crafted with checkered tablecloths, majolica plates, vintage finds, and colorful preserves. Bonus? Natural light floods the room, and a few outdoor tables invite a post-meal pausa caffè.
Open Tuesday to Saturday, 12:15 PM–3 PM & 7:30 PM–10:30 PM
L’Italien del Cézanne, 23 Boulevard Driss Slaoui, Casablanca.
Tel.: +212 5 22 39 20 30
Marcel Cerdan: the timeless neighborhood spot
For a relaxed afterwork, head to this Mers Sultan favorite, Brasserie Marcel Cerdan. Recently reopened, this spot stays true to its vintage spirit. For those who know it, rest assured—the wide wooden counter and historic photos, including those of the boxer nicknamed “the Bomber,” still set the scene. If it’s your first visit, get ready to discover a warm, inviting atmosphere that has enlivened this historic neighborhood for decades.
No fuss here—you can settle at the counter or a high table for drinks, lively conversation, or a crucial match. And for snacks? House-made bites keep pace with the kitchen’s rhythm, from tortillas to skewers, cheese croquettes, and anchovy pintxos. Simple and effective.
Open daily until midnight
Brasserie Marcel Cerdan, 104 Boulevard Rahal Meskini, Casablanca.

Marion: a gastronomic stop with a view
Marion establishes itself as Casablanca’s new restaurant where you come as much for the menu as for the setting. At first glance, you’re charmed by the huge windows opening onto the ocean. The refined atmosphere envelopes you next, blending soft textures, warm tones, and elegant designs. The culinary experience is led by executive chef Attilio Marrazzo, originally from Campania, trained in Italy and France, notably with Joël Robuchon. Merging technique, terroir, and inventiveness, he harkens back to high-end French brasserie cuisine. Think pissaladière-style tart, semi-cooked foie gras terrine with mango chutney, bourbon vanilla mille-feuille…
But that’s not all—Scandinavian, Asian, and Italian influences pepper the menu. Dishes that spark our curiosity include tuna & avocado pizza, miso-marinated Norwegian salmon, and soy-honey glazed monkfish medallion. In the coming weeks, the Corniche complex promises more culinary surprises, including Spanish and Asian openings.
Open daily, 12 PM–1 AM
Marion – Corniche Complex, Boulevard de la Corniche, Casablanca.

Fattuciani: the refined northern Italian table
This time, the spotlight is on northern Italy. More than an opening, Fattuciani marks a notable return to Casablanca after five years away. Fully revamped, the restaurant exudes sophisticated understatement. The combination of mahogany and Rosso Levanto—a deep red marble—creates a timeless Italian charm.
The menu showcases northern Italian culinary heritage, guided by a Milanese chef steeped in the region’s gastronomic and hospitality traditions. Indulge in classics like ossobuco with risotto alla Milanese, vitello tonnato from Piedmont, tagliatelle with white ragù from Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany, and veal & sage ravioli from Lombardy, among others.
Open Tuesday to Saturday, 12:30 PM–3 PM & 7:30 PM–11 PM; Sunday 12:30 PM–3 PM
Fattuciani, 23 Rue n°2, Immeuble Taya, Casablanca, Morocco.
