After a complete renovation less than a year ago, Beauty Success Casablanca is once again breathing fresh air into its flagship store with the unveiling of the Niche Space. Launched on March 20th, this exclusive area was designed to offer an immersive experience into the world of the finest haute perfumery houses. Parfums de Marly, Initio, Juliette Has a Gun, and Armani Privé were among the prestigious brands that perfume enthusiasts and industry professionals (re)discovered during the event. And that’s not all—the brand also took the opportunity to introduce Atelier Materi, the latest niche perfume house to join its catalog. Still relatively under the radar, this brand embodies a new vision of luxury, blending authenticity, ethics, and modernity.

Spotlight on niche perfumery
The niche perfume market has been booming for several years now. Valued at nearly $3 billion in 2024, it is expected to reach $7.4 billion by 2031, according to the “Luxury Niche Perfume Market” study by Future Business Insights. This trend is driven by a desire for individuality in an industry where most fragrances are designed to appeal to the masses. More intimate and exclusive, haute perfumery houses cater to a discerning clientele seeking avant-garde and unique scents. To achieve this, perfumers have the creative freedom to work with the finest raw materials.
Naturally, this exclusivity comes at a price. But many are willing to invest in a rare, exceptional scent that perfectly reflects their personality. To meet these expectations, B&SPA Cosmetics exclusively imports several haute perfumery brands, showcased within the Niche Space at the Twin Center store, located at the heart of the boutique. In this refined setting, a specialist in luxury perfumes offers personalized consultations and olfactory discovery sessions to help you find the perfect fragrance. With five different brands available, the selection is vast and curated to perfection.

Exclusive brands
Alongside Armani Privé—arguably the most well-known name in the selection—you’ll find Juliette Has a Gun. This brand, created by Romano Ricci, grandson of Nina Ricci, is famous for breaking the traditional rules of niche perfumery with bold and unexpected scent combinations. Then there’s Parfums de Marly, founded in 2009 by Julien Sprecher, which transports us to the opulence of the 18th century. Inspired by the grand receptions held by King Louis XV at the Château de Marly, where perfume was so prevalent that even the fountains were scented, Sprecher has crafted creations that blend haute perfumery traditions with contemporary innovations. From the fragrance names to the intricate glasswork of the bottles, every detail pays homage to this rich heritage.
Among the bestsellers, Delina stands out as a feminine scent built around rose and lychee. For men, Layton is a crowd favorite—an intense floral amber fragrance that combines the freshness of lavender and geranium with the depth of amber and pink pepper. At our editorial office, we’ve fallen for the latest release: Palatine. This sophisticated eau de parfum opens with fruity notes of mandarin, bergamot, and pear. At its heart, a modern, powdery violet unfolds, while the base notes of musk and creamy sandalwood create a velvety finish. Utterly exquisite.
While Parfums de Marly offers a dreamlike universe, Initio Parfums Privés stands out with bold creations that deliberately break away from traditional perfumery norms. Launched in 2015, this French brand aims to reconnect us with our primal instincts. To do so, it selects ingredients based on their ability to influence mood and behavior.
For instance, Hedione—a molecule found in jasmine and magnolia—activates a part of the brain linked to pleasure and libido stimulation. Another innovation, Naturoprint, was specially developed by Initio to replicate the effects of ambergris and musk—animal pheromones known to boost confidence. Our top pick? Oud for Greatness, which, as the name suggests, highlights the natural essence of oud wood. Atelier Materi: the new generation of luxury
To further enrich its high-end selection, Beauty Success Casablanca recently welcomed Atelier Materi to its brand portfolio. Founded in 2019 by Véronique Le Bihan—whose passions lie in perfumery, architecture, and design—this French haute perfumery house merges contemporary vision with artisanal craftsmanship. The brand’s philosophy centers around material exploration, enlisting artists and artisans from the sourcing of raw materials to the creation of fragrances, bottles, and packaging.
Each Atelier Materi perfume is built around a single natural raw material, whether traditional or unexpected. Placed at the heart of the composition, this ingredient is enhanced through minimalist olfactory pairings, resulting in textured and singular fragrances. Committed to sustainability, the house has established ethical and fair partnerships, favoring responsible harvesting methods that preserve biodiversity and minimize environmental impact.
Even the bottle design pays tribute to the untamed beauty of Brittany. Its deep blue hue evokes stormy seas, while the concrete cap, shaped like a pebble smoothed by ocean waves, reflects the rugged coastal cliffs. Each cap is handcrafted in a Parisian workshop, further emphasizing the brand’s artisanal approach.
The collection includes nine eaux de parfums in 100ml bottles and three perfume extracts in 50ml packaging. If you’re seeking freshness, we recommend Néroli Hasbaya. This addictive and gourmand interpretation of orange blossom takes you on an olfactory journey through Lebanon. The top notes feature fresh and luminous neroli, enveloped in delicious pistachio and almond accents. At the heart, orange blossom reveals its full depth and sensuality, while creamy sandalwood and warm Peru balsam enhance the fragrance’s comforting base.
As for the eaux de parfum, we have a soft spot for Santal Blond. This refined scent unveils only the luminous facets of its distinctive exotic wood. Opening with a fresh, spicy burst of cardamom, its trail blends sandalwood with the floral elegance of jasmine and the warm, enveloping notes of tonka bean. Subtle and sophisticated.
